W T Godbolt is a founding member of the Illinois Guardianship Association, he considers it a privilege to represent the perspective of the Guardian, and would be Guardian, to an organization of Guardianship professionals.
Many of these dedicated professionals work for State, County or Public Service Agencies who provide services to disabled persons and children, thus their concerns are not always the same as those of someone who actually serves as a Guardian.
It is the role of W T Godbolt, Esq., LTD to serve and assist the person seeking guardianship over a loved one, and the Guardian for the person or estate in carrying out their statutory duties responsibly.
